If they can put a man on the moon ???????????

Just trying to figure this out? If they can put a man on the moon, why can,t i get this thing to work without a remote??? There,s got to be somehow,somewhere,someway to figure this out. i,ve recieved a bunch of different codes and tried them on my universal remote from my cable co. with no luck!! here,s the unit, it,s a Kenwood KC-206 stereo control amp. My heads starting to hurt. poor things just collecting dust:scratch2::scratch2::scratch2:

Did you get your codes online? If not, that's the place to look. If so, check the model number of your remote - usually in very tiny print - and make sure you are getting the codes for the correct model. When I had cable, I had to do that - there were a couple of optional models listed that weren't immediately obvious to me.
