Burnin down the house
All,
So last night I fell asleep on the couch watching TV. Around 11pm, a tree limb decided to rip down the power lines running across the street and punch a nice hole through the roof of my girlfriend's car....But that isn't important right now...
What IS - is that I was on national TV ! Being that we were wide awake, I started watching court tv's 'most shocking' or whatever it was. Basically it is one of those 'crazy criminal' sort of shows; displaying various car chases, etc.
As some of you know, I just finished up a career in law enforcement. While some of my involvements landed into local newspapers, local news, etc - I was fortunate enough never to be involved in anything to hit the nation. Until this evening it seems :yes:
So here I am at like 2am, watching this show, and all of a sudden there's a place that looked really familiar, and then BAM, they show a clip of myself and my esteemed colleagues laying the smack-down on some badguys.
I will be holding an autograph session this evening at the local FOP :D

I love cop shows! Best damn thing on TV, next to "The Family Guy"! I never get enough of the stupid antics of criminals! My Brother in law is a Lt. in the Mass State Police, and every now and then I get a story or two out of him about the idiots he comes across on the job! Great fun!

I'm watching Spike TV right now and there is show after show about idiocy. Train wrecks, prison riots, car chases, all kinds of stuff.

I want to turn it off but I'm like, hypnotized! Now they're showing foreign prison riots. Much worse than here in the USA!

We love cops! and the teevee show "Cops"!
