Thanks all for such a great meeting of minds and discussion of topics that have no bounds. I am originally from Tennessee but spend most of my time in Texas. Nashville area and Frisco to be exact.
My collection of audio gear was primarily acquired in the 70's with some additions in the 90's. I still have it all and plan to revive the older system. The 90's stuff is pristine and only used about five years, so I expect it to be the same as when stored. Maybe not. The ear will tell. All of my 70's equipment needs fanatic level attention. Recommendations accepted!
The original system: Dual 701, JVC P3030 & JVC T3030, Pioneer 850 crossover network, SAE Mark XXXIB on the top end and McIntosh MC 2105 on the bottom, INFINITY WTLC (Wave Transmission Line Columns)
The latter AV system: NHT SuperCenters AC2 for fronts and center, rear & sides NHT Super Ones, all driven by Denon AVR ???? 80wpc
