Images won't display on my bartertown ad

I'm trying to post my first 'for sale' ad on bartertown. I cannot get uploaded images to display. I've tried both .jpg and .png formats. The photos I have display fine on my computer. And friends to whom I've sent the images via email and messaging apps say they can view the images just fine.

Is there a size limit for uploaded photos on ads? I searched the forums and rules but didn't see any information.

Sorry for selecting "FS" category, but there is no "Questions" or "General Discussion" category or anything like that.

Thanks in advance,

There is a size limit but I don’t know exactly how large. I rarely have to resize anything shot on iphone ipad.

Just so you know, once your question is answered you can fully edit this post, including header, to a FS ad with your stuff. You won’t need a new ad and can not delete this one.

Thank you. I'll try reducing the image file size. The images in question are about 2MB in size. Perhaps that's the problem.

Image size is limited based on the pixel count. You can resize them easily with IrfanView64

Thanks, all, for your replies.
I successfully uploaded a few images. I don't know what the image file size limit is, but the images I uploaded are less than 510 kB in size.
