In search of Information. Zenith LPS-70C

Just picked this up yesterday at an auction. it looks to be in really good shape however, an in depth internet search came up with little to no information regarding this model. I am in search of any directions or tips or manuals, age, etc. regarding the Zenith Model LPS-70C. It's a "portable" record player thing. There is a picture attached. I am very new to this forum and these machines. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Well I plugged it in. took a bit to get going. Looks like everything works just fine. A little bit of some loud crackling when adjust the volume but this is by far one of the coolest things I've ever owned. Still in search of information....
 
Didn't want your thread to go unanswered. But, unfortunately I cannot offer any info. Cool find and I hope you enjoy it!!
 
If that model # is for the entire unit, you may be able to find a manual for just the TT if Zenith used that in other installations. Look for a model # on the TT.

Did you look at SAMS? I should think there would be a Photofact folder on this thing.
 
Thanks for the link! Never crossed my mind that the turntable and the case could be considered as two separate units. This gets me started in the right direction I appreciate all the input!
 
It is a 1962 Zenith portable (luggable) phono. Easy way to tell it does, is the changer. This is the first Voice Of Music built Micro-Touch changer. Tracks at 2 grams, medium output ceramic, high compliance for the genre. In good order, very gentle on records. Your changer likely does need an overhaul. Does have a tube amplifier, one of the last Zeniths of this type to do so. In good order, a nice sounding phono.
