I went to their site. It's an ethernet regenerator. They would definitely need a name like that to sell them.
 
Often a manufacturer's proprietary abbreviations are supposed to inform us of a particular circuit, treatment, array ... whatever. None being commonly accepted abbreviations we have to seek their sites or just believe the letters mean something superior.
