Inductor question

I'm bi-amping, and need to create a low crossover for my woofers. Have several 6.5 mH inductors, but by my calculations need a 12.7 mH in circuit. Like caps, can I combine two inductors, either in series or parallel, to create higher inductance?

Thanks! I had seen formulas for both resistors & caps in series and parallel, but never for inductors. Good to know the behave just as resistors, formula-wise.

You might consider the insertion losses as well!Consider what the loss will be with 2 inductors vs one with lower loss. The less your insertion losses the better your SPL/ efficientcy could be.
