Infinity Column II Project

Hello, love this website.
I picked up a pair of Infinity Column II speakers that I want to bring back to original condition.speakers have very nice wood and the glass tops. Speakers have the correct 4 tweeters but the midrange and both woofers, front and bottom have been replaced with other brands. I have searched many threads but did not find the part number for the original woofers and midrange. Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone out there know the part number of the woofers and the midrange for this speaker? the woofers are 10 inch and the midrange is supposed to be about a 4 or 5 inch octogon looking speaker. The cabinets are in nice shape and the smoke colored glass tops are also in very good condition. The tweeters all work fine. Thanks for the help. This is my first post to the site.

The octagon shaped midrange is a Phillips I believe.
Keep an eye (or set up an alert) on ebay. They are not real rare and I think they were used in other models and maybe other brands of speakers.
Infinityclassics is the go-to place for much Infinity information, but they don't have the spec sheet or the schematic.
They are 10" woofers but which ones and were they used in other models.
Googling around looking for info it appears the front facing woofer may be the blunt nose 10" woofers, MAYBE the same as used in the Qb? No idea about the bottom facing woofer.
A pair on ebay now, but not sure if those are the right ones for your speakers.
Maybe your latest post and this bump will get someone who knows what woofers were used to post.

Those midrange drivers look very similar to the Philips midrange drivers in the Infinity 2000 (1970), however, the 2000’s midrange had a “whizzer” cone around the dust cover.

Both speakers are extremely rare. I’ve only seen ONE pair of 2000’s (mine, which I bought at a thrift store probably 15-20 years ago!) and recently saw the Column II’s, hence why I’m here learning about them.

(I know this is an older thread, but any information that is continually added about these speakers will hopefully help others learn more about them in the future and help in their restoration process.)
