I am considering a pair of these speakers. very hard to get a grasp of what they are worth for there are not that many sales. The price that I am looking at is $850 firm. The condition is very good and they do have the original boxes. The woofers do need to be refoamed and one of the dustcaps has been pushed in. What do you all think?

Very good condition=fair price minus the cost of the surrounds.

Wonderful speakers. Mid domes will need to all work as they can be a problem but fixable. I doubt they will be going anywhere too soon at that price. If everything works $500-600 would be more realistic. I paid $175 for mine but needed 1woofer and had to fix two of the mid domes.

Refoaming and dustcaps aren't any problem. Price is a bit high IMO.

In "very good condition" meaning all the drivers are original and working, the Q2 is worth the asking price in terms of sound quality and at the very least close to the $sum$ of its parts.
They are hard to price off ebay history and guys like slim's 175 pair or my freebies don't really help in the equation.
