Infinity RS-4b speakers

Very excited!!!
Hey guys, I wanted to share a score with you and hoping that the vast knowledge here will help me make the correct decision. I am currently driving some Klipsch Forte II through a lower end Pioneer that includes a AMP (SA-1520). I will be upgrading at some point. Now to the Infinity RS-4b speakers. Found at a church yard sale I am currently refoaming the woofers. Doing research I am concerned about the EMIT Tweeters. Read somewhere that low amp power can destroy the EMIT Tweeters. Do you think I can power these speakers through this amp? Is it time to just find a Higher wattage amp to drive the Infinity RS-4b. My brother told me to never hook the two (Klipsch Forte II and Infinity RS-4b) speakers through the pioneer SA-1520. You guys are awesome and I know great advice will be coming my way. I am hoping the now with these two sets of speakers that my speaker search will be over for good and then I can just focus on my electronics upgrades. Want vintage but thats for another time. $$$ is always tight.

PS; Will post pics after refoam of the Infinity's

Thanks, SKey

the 4b aren't the power hogs other infinity speakers are, however I would still use a high current amp for them. The emit is easily fried if your amp starts clipping

I think it's distortion what destroy Emits :(

My emits can live with my 20W/channel amp, but I never go to clipping (volume to MAX)

As long as you're a sane person, you don't have to worry about it. Don't run both sets of speakers at the same time, and don't go crazy with the volume knob, and you'll be just fine.
