I had a pair I sold for $65 personally I wouldn't have paid $65 for them as I didn't think they were very refined but when you buy them for $10 at a garage sale and can sell them for $65 why not. I'd buy them again for $10 but only to sell them again they aren't a keeper

I paid 20 for a pair of ss 2002's. Great condition except for surrounds. I think I have to agree with kbott, they aren't keepers, but if delegated to a spare bedroom, would be ok. I'd pass on the ones for $70.00.

spare bedroom maybe rear surrounds where detail isn't critical not to say they're a bad speaker but when I compare them to the crescendo's that I picked up (both Circuit City Infinity house speakers of the same timeframe) it's like night and day. the emit-r in the crescendo's just runs circles around the poly tweeter in the sterling line
