Guilty- the whole trip(s) were down the driveway, or into the yard.

Accidentally shifting into 2nd when you meant 4th and you feared engine or trans damage.
 
Yes and no -- I've done it, but only at a speed low enough that I wasn't too worried about damage.

However, one time at a large ritzy party, I availed myself of the facilities and was greeted by a previous guest's ... floatie. I tried to flush it away with no success. Frustrated, I quit the restroom to locate and advise the host, but as I was exiting, I saw an attractive young lady patiently waiting her turn. At a complete loss for words, I finally blurted out, "It's not mine!" and slunk away.

Got caught urinating in public?
