Up near the Wisconsin line......don't know about the price, but you don't see these every day...I kinda like the industrial look.

IMO, 200 is more than double over the top with all things considered. That said, i know squat about this particular amp. But, i know what 200 can buy, and that amp is well short of the potential of 200.

I'd grab it in a heartbeat if it were in the 20-50 range.

Now it becomes more interesting, but considering the current state of the used audio market/economy and uncommon name, it's probably still a bit wishful for CL.

I'd like to see under the hood as i'd feel pretty stupid if the thing is substantially robust, or was dual mono or some other "special" topology.

It was an early ss poweramp with germanium transistors and had the typical sound. It was well built and rather robust. When new it was considered somewhat esoteric and saw service in some very high end systems. At the time the comapany had a matching preamp. It was very flexible and set a benchmark for ss preamps at the time.
As to whether to fix it depends upon what is wrong and the cost as well as your use. If you decide not to fix it, it sohould be marketable on say eBay since in the past there have been a few advertised and they seemed to go on the first try. Don't remember the price.

that is what is says on internet.
