Up for sale here is a pair of vintage fisher speakers in good working condition. These can be heard before purchasing.

Seriously, These are good and fairly rare from yesteryear. I do check my local craigslist for this series from Fisher-Late 60s to early 70s. Hope to find some soon.

They are interesting speakers and they sound pretty good. I found a pair at a Value Village and brought them home. Unfortunately, someone ripped one midrange cone and one woofer surround removing the grill. The tweeters are very cool looking but apparently not that great. Even the designer recommends replacing it. I replaced mine with Advent tweeters, but wasn’t impressed. The cabinets are quite heavy and solid with nice grills and a nice veneer. Prime subjects for experimenting.

This is the later XP7B. Showing the move away from the soft dome tweeter. Also, as you can see, the two mids are not matched. Very good speaker. I like this one a lot. More than my OLA Advent, Dynaco XL40, Optimus 5b, KLH 5, Bozak Tempo 301a, Utah W90, Criterion 5XB. All bookshelf speakers, 1965 to 1975.
The soft dome in my XP10 has gone stiff but works, to bad.
