Interflon lubricant on turntable?? (Technics direct drive)

It's been a few years since I bought my Technics SL-DD22 direct drive turntable, and I put a lot of hours on it. I also have two other TTs that are not in service now that I'm also curious about.. so I'm thinking about some preventative maintenance

I know the question of oiling the turntable has been posted before, but has anyone ever tried using Interflon Super Fin (dry lubricant) for this?

It's a great product for other purposes, a bit pricey but worth it (https://interflon.com/products/interflon-fin-super-dry-lube)

Never use dry lubricant.
Turntable bearings (the ones that use oil) come basically in 2 different kinds:
Sintered bronze bearings that are porous and hold oil in their pores and normal bronze bearings that have a small oil bath and sometimes an oil spiral machined in them to distribute the oil.
Both are unsuitable for dry lubrication.

Use normal oil, something like compressor oil (preferably synthetic, which has a longer service life).
ISO68 is a commonly used thickness.

Dry lube is usually something that you use on things that slide over eachother, or things where tolerances are not that tight (unlike precision bearings). It's more an alternative for grease I think with the benefit that it attrackts less dirt (not a big issue with turntables)

Platters are usually heavy. Might wear bearings using a dry lube; possibly cause further problems related to noise and rotation. I'd go with manufacturers' recommendations.
