Internet radio music to classic stereo receiver - how?

Use an old cellphone or tablet on your wifi network. Get a 3.5mm to 2 RCA jacks cable and plug it in to the AUX on the receiver. Download something like IHeart app to run the internet radio station you want. So much easier than bluetooth.

Essentially how I also do it to excellent results. Recommended.

Get a Raspberry Pi, set it up with Volumio or one of the similar players and it sees your wifi network, and control it with your iPhone like I do.
Don't need bluetooth - you can tie Audio out directly to your RCA jacks on your receiver or get a cheap DAC and plug that into your receiver.
It sees all the internet radio stations, plus Radio Paradise, Grateful Dead Radio and you can subscribe to other services if you like.
