Is Marantz 2235 worth it?

I have the opportunity to purchase a Marantz 2235 at excellent condition at a reasonable price IMO ($375) at my local area. This would be my first Marantz receivers or power amp.
I got a Sansui, McIntosh and a Yamaha. I was wondering what do you think of these model compared to other Marantz receivers in terms of audio quality and
what type of speakers that goes well along with it. Which Marantz wood cabinet will match this model? Thanks in advance.
