Is the akai AP-100C worth the money?

I got an opportunity to buy an akai AP-100C for 400 reais(120 dollars), which is a pretty good price considering a pro-ject costs about five times as much here in brazil. My setup is very cheap, consisting in a bozak madisson clk-ph2 preamp, smsl sa-50 amp and micca covo-s speakers(i love them). Until now, I used an ion max lp record player, which feels so cheap and I'm eager to replace. I don't want to spend a lot of money if my setup is going to bottleneck anyway, so is it a good deal to buy the AP-100C? I have a spare pickering XV-15 cartridge laying around that I could use on it too.

It is at least as good as, if not better than any new $120.00 turn table in today's market.

I think that would be a reasonable price.
I have one here which I'm int mding on selling.
I scored a nice Kenwood amp yesterday and needed a turntable to test it.
Out come the Akai with an AT cart?? and it performed flawlessly and sounded excellent to such a point I'm intending on setting it up for another listen on one of my main systems
