Is the dual 650 cartridge stereo or not ?

I am getting so much conflicting information so I figured I'd just ask. I have a dual 650 cartridge that currently plays mono but I want a ceramic cartrdige that can do stereo. Would buying a the correct stylus make it stereo or is it just mono only ?
