Is the Rotel RC-2000 Preamp Worth It?

Hello everyone,
I recently found the Rotel RC-2000 preamp, and I’d like to know if it’s worth buying.
My problem is that I couldn’t find any reviews, and there’s very little information available.
Has anyone tried it? Is it worth having?
The pre amp cost was : 200 dollars

Yes, is going to need a recap for sure, Rotel does not get the love than other brands, if you see the review for their tuners and preamps, very good

Sad to hear about such an issue with Rotel. Do you think older models face these issues? I have a Rotel 1312 Integrated Amplifier, and it works fine.
 
This unit was about 500 new, late 70s so your price was a good deal. Many preamps from that time are selling for close to original price. Manuals are out there.

I don't know about old models. Modern units from the last 15 years are what I have had problems with.

The vintage market is overpriced, and overrated but that is what people like on here.
 
There a few modern review from the audio critic, they are very impress with late 90s Rotel gear

I have a few rotel pieces and they are top tier quality

I have a Sansui TU-888 tuner, which I find really cool. ^^
