Is there any suitable replacement for STK0050's

I have read many threads concerning this but I have yet to find a straight answer. I have had mine replaced professionally and they last 6 months. I am a novice and can do the work but I need a recommendation of a GOOD part. Can someone tell me what is a solid suitable replacement for these?
