Is there anything like the Luxsin X9 but in a smaller form factor?

Like I need it to be less than 4.5cm high to fit under my PC monitor on my desk (I have stacked monitors on mounts so I dont want to prop them up higher).
I want to spend around 1000$ but not more, Ive heard thats the upper limit of where the returns get increasingly smaller the more expensive you go so I want to get an end game DAC/amp thats convenient for my budget and need.

The problem is, most high-end models are also quite large, mostly owing to the linear PSU. Currently Im running separate units for my speakers and headphones so I want to downsize and combine them in a single unit and also upgrade the headphone amp. Theres about 22cm of space between the bottom edge of the monitor and the wall behind it.

Requirements:
4.4mm balanced headphone output
balanced 6.5mm or XLR line outs for active speakers

Actually Id also like to have 6.5mm inputs to act as instrument monitors as I currently have my e-drums and guitar processor connected to my audio interface, but Ive never seen any DACs that have those, so maybe I should just keep the interface.

Ive seen a comparison/review video for the Fiio K13 R2R where it says its about 90% of the X9 for a much cheaper price and it also does sound better than the K11 that Im running.

So all in all, is it justified to want an upgrade? And if yes, to what?
