Is this the upgrade Stylus I am looking for?

So

For one of my linear tracking tables I have a LPgear Carbon fidelity (TP4 version) which is a really good cartridge for the money but it's time to go nuts and upgrade again.

Below are links to the cartridge I have and the stylus I am thinking of upgrading to soon.

What I need from you guys is just to confirm that it is the correct upgrade I seek

Thanks so much

Only you know what exactly it is that you seek, but the stylus you've found would indeed fit and work with your cartridge, and probably be an upgrade over the original stylus.

In theory, the Vividline should give you some improvement, particularly in treble detail. How it sounds to you and how well it plays with your system is an unknown. I have a VL on my AT-3600 and a CF3600LE with the carbon fiber cantilever and elliptical profile, and prefer the VL, but it's subjective.

Would be able to grab more subtle detail for sure. I have a Vivldline on the same cartridge but the non T4P version of it. That one I got on my PLX1000 and sounds excellent.

Oh yea would be able to track better for sure also

Another question I have is what direction do I pull the needle in to remove it? Forward or backward?

Grasp each side with the ridged edges with your thumb and forefinger, then rotate down to remove the stylus. It will sort of snap out.

Reinstallation should involve gently holding the new stylus up against the bottom of the cart, again with your thumb and forefinger. Using your other hand, apply upward pressure on the bottom of the stylus to seat it in the cartridge.

So Do I pull straight down or at an angle when removing the stylus?
