I have a 2215b that was in need of caps. Since Isotonic lived the the basic area of Texas. I sent him a PM asking about audio repair/stores in the Austin area.
He was happy to send me a few places to check out. After checking them out I sent a thank you PM and told him about the 2215b. He told me he could recap it. I dropped it off to him. A week later it was done.
I've had this receiver since new (1976). It was sounding muddy and the detail/ SQ were gone. After the recap. It sounds excellent. He did a perfect recap on it. I'm very pleased.
A big Thanks goes out to Isotonic. A great AK'er and now friend.
