It's raining Betas

Three pairs of IRS Betas on the Gon right now. I think i saw 7-8 more pairs for sale this year only. What's going on? People don't have space - time for these great speakers anymore? It\s the economy, change of priorities? I have the Sigmas in a big room and i don't see how i can upgrade-improve on them without paying ultra high end audiophile prices. Is anything out there better than the IRS?

I have the "Betas in a Box" , aka Gammas. I would love to get a set of those, but room is an issue right now(not to mention funds:tears:) With my listening room(approx 13.5' x 24'), the Deltas might sound better. Those Betas listed on agon from L.A. have been on there a long time. I guess west coast prices? Anyways, if i had the spare jing, I would be considering the set in VA. Atleast I could store them til I could use them in a bigger space.:music:

If I wasn't getting ready build a house right now, I might make a deal with the wife on the VA pair.....:drool:....:sigh:
