It's starting to feel a little like winter.

G'day all, well not quite as we are still technically in Autumn (Fall) and in some parts of this country Australia (further south), it is already quite cold.

Up here though there is just a 'hint' of winter in the air and frankly it's delicious. Cool mornings and lovely clear days, although I'm told to expect rain showers by late in the week. The change of season is nice though. :yes: Regards, Felix aka catman.

Ah yes, winter. Did not get it in the US Mid-Atlantic this past year. A couple of inches of snow, and no below 20F daytime highs. I was a sad 'lil puppy. :tears: I like lots of snow and cold in my winters (like the '09/'10 one here). :tresbon:

I had to go to Mt. Rainier on Spring Break to get my snow for the winter (it gets 600+ inches/yr.) :yes: :thmbsp:

Winter. Cold, dark, gloomy time here in East Tennessee. All the negatives of the season, with none of the positives.

Hey, you wouldn't want to just hang on to that season for a few months, would ya?

As long as you take home plenty of Rainier beer with ya, then that's OK. I don't remember it very well, since I quit drinking back in '92, but Rainier has a reputation of being cheap (bad) beer. @ catman, we're just now "trying" to crack into our summer here. Yesterday was great, up in the 70s Fahrenheit, and it's hard to stay home listening to music, when it's that nice.

90 first reared it's ugly head here back in March, so to me it's been summer for awhile. Winter never really came this way this last time around, so i too am sad. Enjoy it for all of us Felix!
