Either that picture is mirror-imaged, or those kids DEFINITELY need a new band director.

The definition of a gentleman: Someone who knows how to play trombone, but doesn't.

Just kidding, of course. Both of my parents were great trombone players, and my father was fairly well known in jazz, studio and show circles... good friends with and subbed for Buddy Morrow, Bill Watrous, etc. He still plays, and leads and writes for his own big band at the age of 87. Trombonists are a special breed!

Reminds me of the last place I worked. I swear a 7ft plumber mounted the urinal. I'm average height, and the base of the urinal was about level with my belly button.
