Iwata 300 replica + quad 306 + ?

Hi AK crew,

Im on the search for a compression driver to join the iwata 300 replicas im building out of bio resin and flax. i have a quad 306 that i use with my current hornsbut i think a update is needed for the cd's. what do you think will pair well with the iwata and quad?

Im tempted by a pair of TAD 4001's...
