3 drivers in each, 2 tweeters and a mid. The one speaker sounds very good, the other had no highs at all. I pulled the tweeters and the larger of the 2 had a wire touching the magnet. I pulled it away hooked it back up, now produces sound but at a very low volume. The mid works just fine. Could be the tweeter is blown or could the xover failed? Part numbers for both tweeters are jamo 20129 and jamo 43697. (I found a pair of 43697 for $39 on the bay) but can't track anything down for the other.
