I just got a pair of JBL 4311 speakers and would like to know if there are any problems using them upside down so that the tweeters are at ear level. I heve my current speakers on stands to achieve this and it made a big difference in the sound that you hear, but the way the 4311s are made makes this kind of hard unless you stack them on the other speakers.

4311s were made that way so that they could be used in recording studios, as monitors, usually mounted above the control room window. They're essentially just L100s. They should be fine upside down.
 
Its no problem for any speaker, orient them the way you need to in your space to have them perform at their best.
