JBL 4344 woofer cone

I've been seeing many pairs of JBL 4344s here and there, I was just wondering how the woofer / midwoofer cone color worked (I notice some have grey + grey, some have grey + yellow, some have yellow + grey). How is this determined? are they all original or are the yellow ones reconed? I thought that grey + grey is the only normal config for 4344.
