Are you sure they're 127H and not 127H-1s? Let's assume the latter:
It depends on how much the money means to you. Are they a good value at $450, as compared to whatever you might find new for the same money? Yes.
Can you find them for less? Probably.
I bought a pair of L80Ts with replacement NOS 127H-1 and paid $100 for the pair. Pretty much the same guts.

They have been replaced with 127h not 127h-1 according to seller.
Here is the ebay listing although I would be purchasing directly with cash as they are local.

Nah, those are the correct 127H-1s. Badly stamped on the basket but that's the correct basket, for sure. But they look like they've had new surrounds fitted, at least to me. Can't say they did a bad job but you never know where they got the surrounds and what the durometer is. Look more like $200 speakers to me, broken grille pins and all and not having photos of the wood, or grilles.
