Jbl crossovers

I bought a pair of Jbl diy speakers with no crossover I tested all the drivers and they all work I’m looking for recommendations for Internal or external crossover that can be use for them the drivers are Jbl 2405 Tweeters Jbl 375 midrange and the woofers are Jbl 2205B Please advice and Happy Holiday

If you Google "jbl crossover schematic" you will find ones for virtually all their speakers. You will have to find the one closest to your configuration.
 
Dam those are some serious DIY's.
Get a pair of Smith horns, put those 375's and tweets on top.
Biamp! or LX80's, 3110's 800 cps with the small horns
WAF can't be too good.
how big is your room? they need some space

All the drivers are 16 ohms I don’t really have any experience building a crossover I quess I need to start learning about it And I’m not going to flip those drivers right now I want to listen to them first for a while and yes they are in the garage and we don’t park cars inside. The cabinets are huge see pics for the measurements written
 
Hope you have some nice tube amps for them .They don't need much power. Unless your going to do block party's
 
I gave you 2 good choices 3110, or LX-80's Both stock JBL's, LX5's will also work, but 500 Cps is a bit low for the short horn
Thats just for the 375's and woofers. Tweets n-5000 or N-7000.
a simple 1.0 Capacitor of the mid xover's HF output will also work for the tweets. Its what I used to supplement my 375's

I’m going to drive now I went and did a quick look and I see 2 capacitors in line of the tweeters 6 micro and 2 capacitors inline with the midrange 30 micro farads..
 
Ohhh! those are nice!!! Big potential for improvement. As stated, the mid and tweeters need to be at your ears level but, i get that guy's idea of putting them
''coaxially'' with the bass horn. Those are based on JBL's 4520 scoops.
Take the time to x-over them properly! very worth it!!!!!!!!!!.
 
You could simply try the fins on the mids, 180degree ''up'' and an angle shim behind the tweeter so they both align with ear level. I would try that before putting them on top of the scoops, but you can't leave them that way unless you have giant stands, lots of friends, and a case o beer!!!. You could also angle mount the mids and loose the fins...
Looks like there are 6 holes in the back for 3 sets of terminals so, tri-amping was in the works?...
 
What they the 375's need are bigger better horns. JBL Smith or Hartsfield horns are the ones
I have my 4350's and my 3 way 's that use the short horns/lenses. they just don't have a wide dispersion.flipping the lenses 180% is not a great idea, actually aims them lower.
my 3 ways cross them at 800,cps, the 4350's 1,150 cps.

Are you in Italy or the States? I have a pair of 3115s I would part with but overseas shipping gets expensive.

Not according to JBL. There is no difference in the aim except that the sound is displaced to the below the horn opening when, mounted in the typical fashion and above the opening if mounted "upside down."

Lenses are the plastic "vent" looking louvers in front of the metal horns -
JBL used them to help time align the mids with the other drivers on the studio monitors.
I had some custom made wood ones on my 4341 monitors way back when.

What most folks do with JBL-DIY projects is look for JBL factory speakers that used the same set of drivers, then copy the crossovers that JBL used.

Yours have an older load type load with the Jbl 2405 (slot) tweeters, the Jbl 375 midrange and the Jbl 2205B woofers. (dual woofers, hmm)
