JBL D130 for EV ESQUIRE-is that a good deal?

ok...so i posted the other night about my new pair of Electro Voice Esquire speakers, but what I failed to mention (i dont know why) was how I obtained them.
A couple weeks ago I stopped at my local junk type store and and they just got a JBL speaker in. A D130 in a nice cabinet with a JBL bullet tweeter which I later discoved is completely dead. $50 out the door. Well, my good friend had the Esquires and offered to trade them for the JBL. I'm happy and I guess thats what matters here. Maybe i'm just typing this to tell you about the JBL score, at this point i'm not sure. BUT! I did miss out last week at the same store to another buyer...a University speaker in an Electro Voice Aristocrat type enclosure...oh well, guess I have to get to that place earlier in the day.

Looks like a C38 Baron enclosure, with the 030 system (D130/075/N2400 crossover).

A pair of those, in good-working condition, would be worth somewhere between $350 and $700, to the right person. A single, with a dead 075, could probably be parted out for around $150 for the D130 woofer, $35-50 for the N2400 crossover, $25-75 for the dead 075 (probably toward the lower end of that range), and maybe $25-50 for the cabinet...

yeah...that was kinda my thinking. I am very happy with the swap...and its only $50 out of my pocket. I love this forum! You guys are great. Where were you 5 years ago when I started all of this craziness? I guess the question is where was I.
