Definitely too much for the abused condition those are in. I got each of the 2 pairs I own for less than that and they are in much better condition and include the grilles.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 in that condition, and only that much because the parts are worth that.
 
I paid $100 and had to buy two tweeters, so that makes sense. The seller has a "make offer" button, though...
 
Those speakers are located about 60+ miles from Lake Tahoe...Rocklin is down in the valley, about 25 miles east of Sacramento. Those speakers could be cleaned up and repaired pretty easily IF the pictures do the damage justice...but $75 - $100 tops and local pickup.
