JBL L100 t3

I have an identical pair of L100t3 speakers I bought new in 1989. I still have them and they sound great. The t3 version is hard to find and sounds much better than the T version. That price is crazy low for these speakers.

jeffe,
I just wanted to say thank you for posting the link to these speakers. A friend of mine, who luckily for me has more than enough speakers, saw your post and was the first to email the guy for me at audiogon.
I communicated and met with the very nice sellers, and with the DC trip behind me I now have an extremely sweet pair of speakers.
New foam surrounds are ordered, and I will track down some new cloth cover material. The cabinets are in pretty good shape, need some cleaning and oil, but are basically beautiful.

some specs;
8 ohm
400w
35Hz 27khz
91 dB SPL

I had to weigh these, because as much as I have already moved them with an injured foot I had a need to know; 59lbs each on my scale.

So a big thanks again Jeff for posting, Mike for following threw for me and AK in gereral. I cant wait to put some new foam on these so I can put them to the test with my Yamaha CR-2020. I think its going to be nice. Yes I have checked them out on low volume, and all is good!:music:

You are going to absolutely love these speakers. The t3 variant is one smooth and capable loudspeaker. You might want to be sitting on a bed pan or wear a diaper when you fire them up for real and realize just how good a deal you got. ;)

David!

woo hoo!!! VERY happy for you! I'm glad they went to an AK'er.

Your going to like those a lot!

Jeff
