JBL L112 serial numbers

I see a pair of JBL L112's on hqaudios.com and it looks like the serial numbers are on the plate behind the grill. I thought the serial numbers were suppose to be on a plate on the back of the speakers. Are the L112's on hqaudios original and legit, or may they h

ave been rebuilt with new cabinates etc... Thanks!
