JBL L112's, Very Rough, Too much $?

What in your opinion would it take to bring them up to that amount? Refoaming? Repaint the front baffle? Redo the grille cloth? The grille frames appear complete, and none of those fixes take much skill or money. The veneer is obviously scratched but there aren't enough pics to see if it's otherwise intact.
 
The cab on the right is close to totaled, it has seen moisture and there are chunks missing from the corners and edges. Also, look at those moving blankets, I guarantee the speakers are full of mouse nests and all the mess that comes with it. There's good value in the drivers though, assuming they're not blown or seized. My play would be show up with cash and try to get closer to $300, then part them out.
 
Those are rough man. No way at that price, at least not to me.

Mrs. Fairlane would not let them inside the house.
