Hi Everyone,

I've got a lead on some JBL L36s. Sounds like by the reviews these are a pretty great speaker. $300 Canadian funds. Is this a decent price. The surrounds were redone. I'm not very up to date on speaker prices. Is this a good price. Near mint condition and those great looking blue grills. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance!

I have a pair of those and love em.Not sure what 300 can. translates to US dollars but if they're near mint and have been refoamed I'd say thats a fair price.
 
Doing the obligatory monetary conversion...lessee...add the 3...square root of the hypotenuse...times the amount of rainfall...makes it about $225 US. I'd say spot on for a fair price!
 
Good buy. I have a set. Paid $65, but it was one of the best deals I've ever had in nearly forty years of collecting. They did need surrounds.
 
i paid 350.00 cad for my pair, recapped and refoamed so 3 bills is pretty much market price i would think. They are really good speakers!
 
I agree. I paid $300 for one set I bought about 4 years ago. They are very good sounding speakers. They sound best with a high current amp.
 
Hi Mr. Escasio, I paid $125 for my set about 5 months ago. They are very good speakers and sound wonderful with a Marantz receiver ( mine is a 2270). I think is a perfect synergy (Marantz and JBL).
I hope you snag them!!!
