JBL L7 Speakers: Dallas CL $400

Ad grammar not withstanding, and assuming they have all the grilles and the bases, you can't buy a better speaker for twice (or four-times) that!

Great if you can do local pickup as they're heavy and tough to pack. My first pair came from three-houses down the road! They love big amps but work just fine with 200-watts-per-channel, or less. Placement issues are legendary but (IMHO) overblown. Somebody get them and then we'll have another convert!

Grammar was the first thing I noticed, too. Not saying I haven't accidentally made the their/there/they're mistake while typing a quick note, but I usually double check my CL ads...

If I didn't already have the L100t and the L220 pairs sitting in the workshop, I'd jump on this. No reason to have three pair of jbl's going unused, though!

I've been tempted to move the NAS speakers out and put the JBL's back into service, but it's like moving a pair of refrigerators! Plus, they sound so darn good...
