JBL L80T Upgrade

Though the cc upgrade sounds very interesting and something I'd sure like to explore someday my experience with my 100t's is limited to a simple swap of networks from stock to T3. I had to wait a couple of months before T3 networks finally showed up on 'bay and had to fork over about $80 after shipping. I only stuck the new networks in...didn't mess with retuning the port or anything else. I was rewarded with better refinement at the high end and mid range and more definition (I like the term "slam") in the bottom end. It was certainly worth it IMO.

I have the L100T's and have yet to install the set of T3 crossovers. The seller told me that another option is to modify the low frequency portion of the T3 crossovers to match the stock L100T, to get more bass. But if you find the "slam" to be tighter, then I'll probably leave it. The cabinet volume in the T3 is slightly smaller, so I have read that some people added something inside the cabinet to reduce the internal volume slightly.
