JBL LE-141-H trade for L166? Should I ?

hello. Just a quick poll. i have a pair of JBL LE14H-1 Woofers. There is someone locally that needs them and instead of paying outright, they brought up the thought of trading their JBL L166 for the pair of woofers.

Does anyone think this is fair? Or is one or the other getting a better half of the deal?

I'm thinking that's a pretty even swap; both are worth around $600 a pair is my guess, if the Horizons are cherry. Not worth quibbling over.
