I just picked up some JBL Northridge Series N28 Bookshelf Speakers (kinda large for bookshelves). When I try to track down info I mostly get hits on the N28ii version. Comparative analysis between the N28 and the N28ii? Also, the N28s that I have have consecutive serial numbers, ceteris paribus I suppose that's a postive. Any info any have on this would be much appreciated!

You know. I have an old pair of these speakers, and I was curious if anyone else had used them and what they thought because these are great speakers. I bought mine new back in the late 90's. Even though I have brand new Triangle hifi speakers, I still don't' want to part with my old JBL's. They jam. You could probably find a pair for a hundred bucks online. Most of that is shipping, their pretty big for bookshelves like you said.
