jensen cs315.... any good?

i found a pair of jensen cs315 at a local pawn shop for $20. they sound really good with my mcs 3265 receiver! better than the technics as far as highs, and maybe more bass. the only thing i found different was it has alot more highs coming out of the 15" woofers, than the technic sb-a50. could i take the crossovers out of the technics and put them in the jensens, or is that a bad idea?
