Jensen Model 17?

Picked up a pair of Jensen Model 17 speakers this morning ... 8" woofers and 5.5" tweeters (they may be smaller under the blue cover) ... a couple of small tears in one of the woofers (gonna slap some Elmers on them for now) ... nice walnut veneer cabinets measuring 11" W x 18.25" H x 8.25" D.

Anyone know anything about them? ... didn't find anything in the Archives in the "Jensen" thread titles.

If you are concerned about telling me that they are junk ... and hurting my feelings ... not to worry ... I paid only $4 ... for the pair.
 
Pull the woofer to apply the Elmers to the two little tears in the surround and a Radio Shack Realistic 40-1016 poped out ... wouldn't think it's the original woofer unless Jensen and Radio Shack became in cohoots at some point.
