Jico SAS for V15 iii new or old version?

Looking to buy a Jico SAS for the V15 type iii that's on my Dual 701...
Looking for suggestions now that the Sapphire cantilever has been out for a while...how is it vs the discontinued Boron version or should I look for the older Boron? Seems these go for more money now...

I know it's not SAS but my favorite stylus for the V15 type III is JICO's VN35HE. In my opinion, it's as good, if not better than the original Shure stylus...

i have this on my v15lll and it is quite nice , i do like the original sas that i have on my v15xmr better tho but not by much and not $200 worth. i got the original sas and a backup when they were $175

Been looking at that too for my V15 III.

The original SAS was amazing on the V15 -III. Once set up properly on low mass tonearm such as my 6.5 gram effective mass SME 3009 series II (improved), it had a magical 3D sound stage. Sound literally surrounded me. I must have played it a ton because my sas seemed to have a short life. After awhile the amazing soundstage disappeared even though the sound quality remained excellent.

I have another original SAS in storage that I've not used yet. I'd like to compare it to a sapphire or ruby SAS someday.
