JM Blueberry Extreme needs repair

Just thought I would see if anyone out there has had a JM Blueberry Extreme pre-amp with issues. Mine was starting to act up periodically and now will not produce music at all. I put the original modern tubes back in and put a new fuse in. I noticed when I turn it on the 12X4 tube lights but none of the others appear to be getting power. I e-mailed Craig at NOS Valves and he told me to check the screws on the football shaped thing. He is too backed to take this on. Anyone know of a good tech for this? Thanks!

Good luck getting schematics for this. I had one in recently and was unable to get schematics for it.

Try Hudson valley hifi.
Sounds like a PS issue.
Shouldn't be tough for a decent tech.
I'm pretty sure those use regulated DC

Sent it off to RHB Sound Dezign near Philly. They specialize in tube amp repair and mods.

Got my Blueberry Extreme pre-amp back from RHB Sound Dezign today and it sounds great! These guys were great to deal with and really know their stuff. It needed a faulty bridge rectifier replaced to bring it back to life. They also have a line of high end pre-amps sold under the Backert Labs name....very tempting
