I just received a totally rebuilt Magnavox SE EL84 tube amp via UPS from JohnMac (John).

First off this amp was purchased without tubes. So I was very surprised at the size of the box. It was huge compared to the size of the amp. He bubble wrapped the amp, used very thick peices of styrofoam and then double boxed the amp. It came through UPS unscathed. :tresbon:

I am listening to it now and it sounds excellent. :music:

I would definitely buy from John again because he is a standup guy and does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is an excellent member of the AK community. :yes: :thmbsp:
