Just another DIY RCM!

Mine doesn't have any pads to rinse. Just nylon spacers to keep almost, but not quite in contact with the record.

UPDATE: I went to Lowe's today and bought a sheet of white laminate that had a corner busted off for $10 and had them cut me some pieces from it that I needed to finish the inside. I'm thinking about using it on the lid too. I still need to caulk the corners and then I'll be finished with this part of the build. While I was walking around I also found some white drawer liner that I used to make some platter mats. There's enough in a roll to probably make 10 mats.

Awesomeness of awesomeness! or something - pretty cool!
Now get some dry transfer lettering for the Tarl of Gor RCM branding. :)

A beautiful piece of furniture. Any thoughts of adding a couple of turns of thread to the Sansui spindle to permit a screw-on clamp? Necessary?

How did you create the bearing for your spindle? It's hard to tell what you did from the picture. I am having lots of issues with my rcm right now and need to build a bearing I just need some help as I am not hands on. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
