Just got a set of Boston HD9's, sound only coming from tweeter?

As the title says, I just picked up a pair of Boston HD9 speakers from Goodwill, refoamed the passive radiators (correct?) since the originals had fallen apart. Plugged them up to test them out and only the tweeters seem to be working.

Any help for a newbie is certainly appreciated!
